Course 1 – Almond Stuffed Dates
Medjool dates, stuffed with almonds, wrapped in bacon,
baked, and served with gorgonzola crumble and balsamic
Vegetarian option – Crispy polenta fries, with garlic aioli

Course 2 (vegetarian) – Creamy Arugula Pesto Gnocchi
Buttercream, parmesan, pesto potato gnocchi

Course 3 – Caprese Stuffed Chicken or Salmon Bocconcini
sun dried tomato, spinach stuffed, served on lemon garlic
linguine, and crispy broccoli
Vegetarian option- Roasted yam and zucchini linguini, lemon,
garlic, arugula, parmesan, toasted almonds
