Small businesses all over Vancouver Island are in the running for this year’s Better Business Bureau Torch Awards.
From Victoria to Campbell River, Island businesses have been nominated by their customers for the awards. The annual awards are intended to let people recognize a local business for outstanding commitment to honest and ethical business practices, and customer service excellence.
In total 52 Island businesses have been nominated across all sectors, from the trades to insurance and everything in between. Finalists were chosen by an independent panel of volunteer judges.
Winners will be announced in 15 different categories at an awards gala on November 1 at the Union Club of BC.
