This summer’s drought hasn’t a been bad thing for local winemakers.
Juice FM recently caught up with a couple of vineyard owners and wine producers from Unsworth Vineyards, Rocky Creek Winery and Averill Creek Vineyard.
They say a lot of rain is actually a bad thing for grapes because they can burst if they have too much water and lose the flavour inside.
Those local vineyards and others will have to deal with medium-to-heavy rainfall starting on Friday and carrying on through the weekend.
