RCMP looking for owner of stolen electric bicycle

Police are looking for the rightful owner of a black and orange Giobike MG Electric bicycle.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP say they picked up the bike as the result of a call about a suspicious man snooping around a Dingwall Street property early on the morning of February 10th.

The 30 year old Duncan man was  arrested for possession of stolen property and trespassing.  RCMP say the man who reported the suspicious activity was the owner of some of the items officers found, but not the Giobike.

Investigators are now hoping someone recognizes the bike pictured below, and knows who it belongs to.
