The ruling in the trial of a local physiotherapist facing 21 counts of sexual assault has been moved from Thursday to Tuesday morning at the Duncan Supreme Court.
Former Cowichan Physiotherapy employee, Campbell Crichton, was charged in March of 2011 with five counts of sexual assault and the allegations involved five women between 1996 and June of 2009.
More charges were added after police asked other potential victims to speak up after Crichton’s arrest.
