A ruling in the trial of a Cowichan Valley physiotherapist facing 21 counts of sexual assault is scheduled for November 21st, most likely at Duncan Supreme Court.
Campbell Crichton was charged in March of 2011 with five counts of sexual assault.
The allegations involved five women between 1996 and June of 2009.
More charges were added after RCMP asked other potential victims to speak up after Crichton’s arrest.
