Tourism in the Cowichan Valley continues to grow.
President of the Chamber of Commerce Julie Scurr says they saw a record number of visitors in the 2015-16 year.
Scurr says the 2016 numbers are projected to surpass  last year’s as well. They served over 10 thousand people from July to September this year.
Staff also distributed about 300 Cowichan relocation packages last year to families and business owners considering a move to the valley.
