The Cowichan Neighbourhood House Association is in a tough spot.
Steering Committee Chair Arlene Robinson says the association has 90 families listed for its’ Christmas Hamper Program but only 30 are sponsored so far.
She has this message for anybody that would like to help others in need over the holidays.
