Duncan Warmland House already at capacity, warm clothing & blankets needed

The Duncan Warmland House is in desperate need of warm clothing and blankets with overnight temperatures dropping to single digits.

Staff member Tim Miller says they are already turning people away because the place is at capacity, which means no food or shelter for some.

He says they are planning to open up 15 more beds if there is an extreme weather alert.

The shelter, which is located at 2579 Lewis Street, has 24 transitional units and 30 beds.
