If you have questions or concerns for federal candidates, then the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce is asking you to submit them for a candidate’s forum for the upcoming election.
The forum is being presented by the chamber and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board for the Cowichan-Malahat-Langford riding, and they say questions that reflect issues in the area will be presented.
“We’re collecting non-partisan questions that speak to federal responsibilities and reflect the unique concerns of our communities here in the Cowichan region,” they say.
They say they’re looking to find questions from small business support, infrastructure, housing and much more.
Submission can be emailed to the chamber and can also be dropped off at the Cowichan Regional Visitor Centre by Apr.9 at 4:00 p.m.
According to the chamber, the forum will be recorded on Apr. 17 and shared online, ahead of the advanced polls on Apr. 18.
