Community Satisfaction Survey underway for Cowichan Valley residents

The Cowichan Valley Regional District has launched its fourth Community Satisfaction Survey since they began in 2011.

The CVRD says Leger Marketing will collect data from 400 residents over the next three weeks on quality of life, delivery of programs and services, and how best to inform and engage with the public.

Regional District CAO Danielle Myles Wilson says it’s an opportunity to get feedback from residents that they may not regularly hear from and the survey’s results are expected to provide a good representation of the level of satisfaction with CVRD services and programs.

The survey participants are chosen randomly and will be contacted by phone, but also have the option to be sent a link to complete it online.

They can enter to win one of two gift cards worth one-hundred dollars for CVRD recreation facilities.

Residents who are not selected can do an online version until March 18th.

The results of both surveys will be presented to the CVRD in April.
