A survey all about connecting with BC Ferries is open to the public.
On Tuesday, BC Ferries launched the survey as part of their plan to build an engagement framework, one that aims to reflect the needs of ferry users and coastal regions.
The ferry-line says the survey is looking for input on how you want to connect with them. Along with the survey, they will host in-person sessions at terminals, vessels and in communities to get more feedback.
Executive Director of External Engagement, Morningstar Pinto, says the future of engagement needs to be inclusive, nimble, and accessible.
“This process is focused on ensuring as many ferry users as possible, whether face-to-face or online, have an opportunity to inform our programs, policy and processes when we are seeking input,” said Pinto.
They add feedback from the survey and in-person events will help shape the framework, which is set to launch in early May this year.
The survey is open until March 18.
