West Shore RCMP say a woman has received a significant sentence after she was caught impersonating a nurse in several locations across Canada.
Brigitte Cleroux received a seven-year prison sentence for her actions at a medical facility in View Royal, but the sentence was put in place for multiple reasons.
“On Dec. 20, Cleroux was sentenced to a total of seven years for the crimes committed which include Assault, Using a Forged Document, Impersonation, and Fraud over $5,000,” they say.
She was also convicted of similar crimes in Ontario, and police say she is currently incarcerated and serving time in that province.

They add the sentence will add years to her time in jail.
