One Cowichan enters the campaign

One Cowichan says it’s time to step into the election campaign, and the group says it’s targeting people who want “change” with a door-to-door canvassing effort to encourage them to vote.

One Cowichan’s Matt Price says the race for the new Cowichan-Malahat-Langford riding is going to be interesting because on top of the boundary change, there’s no incumbent.

One Cowichan is also planning to use social media to share videos of people talking about the change they want to see in Ottawa

The group is registering with Elections Canada as a third party advertising  and it is taking sides, at least partially. They say only 3 of the 4 major parties stand for positive change in Ottawa

One Cowichan also helped sponsor polling by Insights West that shows the riding could be close.
