Oliver was this year’s top baby name choice, dethroning Noah who held the title for 2023.
Following Oliver for the top names were Olivia, Liam, Noah, Theodore, Charlotte, Lucas, Isla, Amelia, and Leo.
The stats came from the Vital Statistics Agency and names that occurred five times or more were only listed.

2023’s top names after Noah were Oliver, Olivia, Theodore, Liam, Jack, Emma, Sophia, Ethan, and Leo.
38,103 babies were registered in the province for the year as of December 16.
