Military vehicle convoy to make stop at Cowichan Visitor Centre

A convoy of historic military vehicles is making its way across Vancouver Island…as Freedom Route 6 started this past weekend. 

Convoy coordinator John Hawthorne says the seven-day trip includes stops a stop at the Cowichan Regional Visitor Centre on Tuesday afternoon. 

Hawthorne says the goal is to raise public awareness and remembrance for veterans.
