Cowichan Valley group helping create bio-fuel pumps

Bio-fuel pumps could soon be showing up all over North America thanks to the efforts of an organization in the Cowichan Valley.

Hassaan Rahim is with Cowichan Bio-Diesel Co-op. He says they just finished a study on designs for an inexpensive automated bio-fuel pump, and now they’re testing one.


Rahim says bio-fuels are better for the environment and the engine of your vehicle in comparison to regular gas.
