The president of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board is confident that 2015 will be good for the housing market in the Cowichan Valley.
Jason Finlayson says coming out of the holidays there has been an increase in sales dating back to fall and inventory is starting to drop.

Finlayson says over one thousand single-family homes were sold in the Cowichan Valley last year.
