BC Conservative Party leader tours Vancouver Island, talks ferries

The leader of the BC Conservative Party has just wrapped up a tour of Vancouver Island.

Dan Brooks made stops in the Cowichan Valley, Campbell River and was front and centre at a BC Conservative AGM in Parksville.

Brooks says the solution to helping lower costs for BC Ferries is pretty simple.

Brooks says ferries should be treated like a highway system because it’s important to the overall success of the economy on the island.
