Over 20 thousand people are expected to attend Ladysmith’s 27th annual Festival of Lights on Thursday
Councilor Duck Paterson volunteered his time this year to help out with the festival.
He says there will be plenty of holiday spirit
Paterson says the festival is the largest of its kind in the province and will see more than 200,000 lights turned on.
