Finding the balance between big business and economic growth in BC- and how that impacts everything from small business to social services- was the subject of todays Duncan Cowichan Chamber luncheon at the Travelodge Silverbridge Inn in Duncan.
BC Chamber president John Winter says “Getting to Yes” means taking all the factors into account when making decisions that have a big impact on the provinces economy.
Winter also emphasized the connection between small business and resource development- saying the success of one inevitably impacts the other particularly in rural communities like the Cowichan Valley.
The talk was part of the Duncan Cowichan Chambers 2nd Annual Business Showcase, happening October 24.
