Downtown Duncan could be in store for a major face lift if plans for a five-storey residential-commercial building are approved by council.
Vlado Brcic is the developer for the approximately $11,000,000 Dakova Square which would be located at Canada Avenue and Trunk Road if the project clears all hurdles.
Brcic says the building will be the centre of focus at a public zoning amendment hearing next Monday, October 20th.
He says if everything works out with a re-zoning permit, they will then apply for a building permit and hopefully start construction before the end of the year.
