Two-vehicle accident on highway sends man to Cowichan Hospital

A two-vehicle accident we told you about on Tuesday resulted in a 33-year-old man being transported to Cowichan District Hospital.
North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP say the crash occurred northbound on the Trans-Canada Highway near the Chemainus turnoff.
They add the man was taken to hospital after he was injured when his Toyota flipped and hit the median as a result of another vehicle apparently rear-ending his vehicle.
Police say they are continuing to investigate the incident and are asking anyone who might have seen what exactly.
