People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is calling the ruling in the Brandon Harrison trial “bizarre” but the group says it respects the judicial system.
PETA’s cruelty case associate manager is Kirstin Simon.
She says the dog’s well being has always been front-and-center.
The 26-year-old Harrison was found not-guilty on three charges last Friday and one on August 15th after being accused of beating a dog and allegedly threatening witnesses.
