The man charged with common assault for allegedly physically abusing a Cowichan Valley Transit driver will be back in court in December.
Timothy Thorpe is alleged to have thrown some punches at the driver’s head back in January when she picked him up at at the Mason’s Store stop at Shawnigan Lake.
Thorpe’s case will now head to trial December 18th.
