Duncan City Council is looking into the possibility of adding a rainbow crosswalk on Duncan Street, as a symbol of inclusion for the LGBTQ community in town.
Manager of the Duncan Garage Cafe Leela Heyward sent a letter to council to request the addition.
Council asked staff to report back with more information on the cost and logistics of having the rainbow crosswalk installed in front of the cafe.
