Traffic Study Done on Coronation Avenue

Duncan City Council will consider making changes to the busy Coronation Avenue, including new bike paths, and less pedestrian crossings.
ISL Engineering Manager Borg Chan says there are five crosswalks within 300 metres – which is too much.
Chan also recommends looking at removing on-street parking on eastbound Coronation Avenue, trimming foliage regularly to improve sight, and relocating or adding road signs.
The cost of the recommended improvement strategy ranges from 587 thousand to 618 thousand dollars.
