A spokesperson for the Greater Nanaimo Cycling Coalition isn’t impressed with a government announcement of funding for seven cycling infrastructure projects.
Coalition spokesperson Leo Boon says 64 thousand dollars will be spent on the Buttertubs Drive multi-use path.
Boon says the money would have been better spent on the Parkway Trail and to make improvements on the E and N Trail Crossing.
